When will my pre-order item arrive?

All pre-ordered pieces will be dispatched in line with their dispatch dates. The delivery timeframe will be dependant on your location. You can read more about our delivery timeframes here.

When do I have to pay?

Pre-order items require full payment at checkout to ensure these pieces are secured.

Can I cancel or return a pre-order?

Pre-order items are unable to be cancelled, however, these pieces are covered by our return policy. Learn more.

Change of shipping address:

If the pre-order items have not yet been dispatched and you need to change your shipping address, you can request by emailing enquiries@marloemarloe.com.

Please include your order number, original shipping address and updated shipping address.

Will pre-order items be shipped with my other orders?

We want to ensure you receive your Marloe Marloe pieces as soon as possible. This means that all in-stock pieces will be shipped immediately. Pre-ordered pieces are shipped separately in line with the estimated shipping dates. Learn more.
