Shipping Information 

Due to the fragile nature of our forms, all MARLOE MARLOE orders are shipped with the utmost consideration and care. 

Domestic Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a business day will be dispatched the following day.

This is with the exception of pre-orders, these orders are shipped as per the information on the product page of the item. 

All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout and is dependent on your location. 

Standard shipping times: 

  • QLD, NSW, VIC metro areas / 2 days 
  • SA, WA, TAS and rural areas / 4-7 days

Express shipping times: 

  • Nationally / 1-3 days 

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched from our warehouse. 

International Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a business day will be dispatched the following day.

  • Express / 4-5 days

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched warehouse. 

All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. MARLOE MARLOE does not take responsibility for these fees. 

Pre-Order Shipping 

Change of shipping address

If the pre-order items have not yet been dispatched and you need to change your shipping address, you can request by emailing enquiries@marloemarloe.com.

Please include your order number, original shipping address and updated shipping address.

Will pre-order items be shipped with my other orders?

We want to ensure you receive your Marloe Marloe pieces as soon as possible. This means that all in-stock pieces will be shipped immediately with your pre-order pieces being shipped separately in line with the estimated shipping dates.
